Report: Pop superstar Michael Jackson dead

TMZ.com is reporting that pop star Michael Jackson, 50, died after being rushed to a hospital in Los Angeles after he suffered a heart attack. Paramedics administered CPR in the ambulance, the entertainment news Web site said.

TMZ says the call to 9-1-1 came in about 12:21 p.m. P.S.T. (3:21 p.m. Eastern) from Jackson's home in Los Angeles.

Jackson was not breathing when paramedics arrived, the Los Angeles Times reported. He was taken to UCLA Medical Center.

The singer's 50-show residency at London's O2 Arena is supposed to kick off July 13.

It is pretty sad. He made some good music, and some not-so-good music. I hope the title of the thread doesn't offend anybody, that's just the first thing I think of when I hear Michael Jackson. You can't deny he was crazier than a shithouse rat.
