My Poppies - Update

These things sure grow fast once they get a foot hold. Would you say they will be flowering in about a month? 





Some that I started later because a lot of the first ones got eaten by slugs. Don't know if they will do much though.



California Poppy and some other kind -





Not a poppy but this Lilly just started blooming and I thought it looked pretty haha.

the poppies will be in flower before the end of the month i think, once they start to get taller rather than bushy it doesn't take long :laugh:

your small ones won't get a great deal bigger before they flower too.

It's been a week and they have grow almost twice as tall. I didn't know that each plant could produce more then one pod but it seems all of them have more then one. One of them has about 5 flowers coming up.









By the looks of it they should be flowering within a couple weeks.

I thought the petals would stay longer but they are already falling off two of the plants. I wanted to look at them for more then 2 days.

Yeah my first two blossomed and lasted for 2 days as well. But the rest opened today and there is a bunch of pink-lavender to gaze at.:gethigh:
