Linux filter Wireless card PCI for Pentium 2
    #10395508 -

Hey guys,

Recently I've been having fun trying to resurrect an old Pentium 2 with a wireless card so I can stash this ugly box in a closet and use as a torrent box.

Now I did a dry run, and got everything working to torrent with LAN, but I've added this card and I just can't seem to get the damn thing working.
How I can I figure out if it is compatible with this old ass machine.

My operating system is xubuntu (jaunty release), and I'm new to this flavor. Where can I see if the computer is recognizing said card?

Thanks for taking your time community!

What is the model of the card?

Have you tried NDIS Wrapper?

It recognizes other things automatically.

I'm just trying to find out if it is recognized (such as the Manage option in Windows OS)
