Sharing Knowledge in the Astral Plane.

Here's a brief introduction into my current life and a dream that I feel is more than a dream. I would like to share this with you and also encourage any response or personal explanation.

Recent Past:
I've recently gotten back on my spiritual path after a couple of years of being side tracked by Family/Work/Physical-Plane. I think for a while, I lost my mystical faiths, and ended up trying to Freudianize myself and ended up living a depression logical fallacy.

The Decision:
Get back into my path of trying to attain samadhi and practicing self-control and putting myself as number one again so that I can regain my spiritual health.

Recent Progress:
I thought that when I returned to some of my beliefs and practices, that I would have to start over from the beginning, but I'm quite amazed that it seems I just picked things up from where I left off (aside from diet and physical condition) I've resumed studying and learning.

The Dream:
So, in my dream early this morning, I was alone in a field, meditating in a beautiful country side that seemed void of modern day advances such as vehicles, highways, modern attire, etc. It was a very simple, but beautiful landscape. As I was meditating, a group of people approached me and asked me to come down. Upon opening my eyes, I was in the full lotus position, suspended in mid air about 3ft above their heads.
When I came down to join them and walk with them, they asked me if I could show another (unremembered village name) group how to 'levitate' as they called it. I agreed, and as we approached, they introduced me, and asked me to 'show' this group of people. I replied that I could not do such a thing at an immediate request, it took the right 'mood' or mindset to accomplish it. The grouped seemed very understanding and welcomed me anyway instead of being skeptical like someone IRL would be. We all sat down together and closed out eyes and resumed meditation in unison, and I immediately awoke.

I feel like I've been walking in the clouds all day even though I cannot surmise anything but a subtle message from such a powerful experience. Has anyone had something this profound happen before?

I've never had a dream like that but it sounds beautiful.

I couldn't begin to tell you what it "means" but I'd take it as an affirmation that you're glad to be back on the right path.
Sounds like you could be feeling optimistic about other people's ability to find the path as well.

Keep it up dude :thumbup:
I need to get into more "spiritual work" myself, and it's always encouraging to see others embracing it themselves.

Your reccomendation of reading the works of Ram Dass definitley helped me get back on track. Thanks....

Yea I love dreams where I have supernatural abilities. A week or two ago I had telekinesis.

Same here. It's ironic that our acts and thoughts during the day, somehow dictate the types of dreams we will have at night. I suppose if the dream world would be more suitable for happiness, then I should probably change my daily routine and look forward to bed time.

Or, meditate more.

Consciousness is continuous ... I would be quite surprised if waking life DIDN'T affect the nature of our dreams.
