I have an obsolete 3 MP camera.

That's still enough to get decent resolution 3X5 or 4X6 pics IMO.

I just recently moved, and when I went to take a photo of my kitties to post in the threads here, it was broken. To my dismay, I'm a poor motherfucker that may not have his job reinstated, so I can't afford a new one right now.

Does it still count that I own one if it doesn't work? It's going to get recycled next time to go to Best Buy or Staples. At which point do I become a non-camera owner? There's one on my phone that's some absurd mp, does that count? It's the size of half a deck of cards.

Just trying to be clear, not a prick.

You could have you're cam fixed instead of buying a new one which would be cheaper? Buy a throwaway to take pics and scan the pics? They sell digital throwaways to.
