well, some drug laws are just insane, you can read the endless stories of innocent girls being arrested for their boyfriend's drug dealings, hydro shop owners going down on conspiracy charges (without any evidence of any drug or paraphanalia) and so many more, take a minute and read about it. make a donation, whatever, just do something.

I thought mandatory minimums were overturned just recently? The one where they said judges don't' have to follow the "guidelines" for drug sentencing?

nope, they made a move towards reducing MMS but the law still stands.
