As an O's fan it matters.  Hopefully the streak will continue tomorrow.  I don't really care what he does after that unless it's against my team.

The O's and Blue Jays are about the two most fucked teams in the game. They'll probably both assemble some very strong teams in the next few years. And the Orioles have some excellent young players in Markakis, Adam Jones and prospects in Wieters, Chris Tillman, Jake Arrieta, Brian Matusz. The AL East and wild card spots are so hard to win.

I really like our chances in the near future.  But I've been saying that for years. lol.  Time will tell.  The Yanks are getting old and have no bullpen help other than Mo, and he's getting up there in age.  Spending almost a half billion on 3 players isn't the way to go.

I think they might have a legitimate shot at the wild card by 2013. Maybe 2012.

I'm well aware that he is just a man but a man who roided and who plays for the Yanks.  As an O's guy, I hope he blows the rest of the way.  True guys like Adam Jones and Nick Markakis will take his place on the elite status eventually.
