You are DEFINITELY lying. No cop is going to let someone go after they hit one parked car, let alone 8.

Well, anyone who reports an accident occurring within the vicinity of your interactions with the police will probably will probably get your info.  If the cops were real nice people they might have notified the drivers of damaged cars or at least take their licence plate numbers, but they probably didn't 

If this did happen then you may get sued for the damages of the cars.  Body damage is needlessly expensive but you're going to have to pay for everyone's damage if they get a hold of you and the cops who witnessed you hit their cars.

I drove my car along the center wall while on xanax long enough to kind file down half of my mirror. It filed the shell away but broke the mirror.

Hopefully you will be sued for it if you are telling the truth. And hopefully those police get fired for not taking your ass to jail.

If you are telling the truth. Which seems extremely doubtful. Especially given your ability to recall what you said to the officers while under the influence of a hypnotic sedative.
