left nut hurts

I have a slight pain in my left nut that is almost always present, no lumps swelling or anything like that
whats up with that?

My left nut started hurtin a few weeks back, and got worse over the course of the next 8 days. Eventually I went to the doc and he diagnosed it as epididymitis, brought on by heavy lifting (my kettlebell workout).

I've been on antibiotics & anti-inflamatory pills for the past 2 weeks or so.

As someone said before: it is the nut itself? or more the back of it (epididymis)? Does it get worse when you sit/stand/run/walk/shit/piss?

Yea I had a similar problem about a year ago, turned out I had a cyst on my left nut, it ached on and off for about a month. Went to the doc cause I figured I had cancer or something. Kinda weird to have some guy fondling your junk, but it can't hurt to have it checked out.
