yesterday my foot began to hurt like it was sore, it did not bother me so i went to sleep. today the pain increased 10x. it hurts right in my peroneus longus tendon or my peroneus brevis tendon, i am not sure which. it hurts when i extend my foot and is very painful to walk. that sucks cause i need to walk a lot. there was not a single event that i know of that caused this, just a gradual increase in pain over the period of about 48hours. it does not appear swollen or flushed and it is only mildly painful to the touch, what really hurts is walking. i dont have acess to a doctor for a little while, any advice on what to do? would it be detrimental to continue walking on it, well i dont know why am asking i dont think i can avoid walking.
if you go to high school you can always request some crutches, if they don't give you the crutches without a doctor's notice just take them anyway. you could hop on one foot. you could make a splint and just hobble around.
im sorry dude, i walk everywhere too and foot pain sucks. Not really any advice I can give you that would be better than a doctor's.
