Oven Fried Chicken & Baked Macaroni and Cheese
    #9880703 -

This is my dinner tonight. Here is the Macaroni and Cheese which is already done.

But I have a little bit more time on the Chicken.
I have been trying to eat more healthy this year so I am trying new recipes for old classics which should be a little more healthy.

Her is the Chicken pre-bake.

Thanks!!!  I just finished it. I love to cook food and try out new recipes. The chicken came out very well. The mac and cheese has four different cheeses in it; Mont Jack, Extra sharp Cheddar, Ricotta Cheese, Parmesan. Very satisfying meal. Check out my final product:

ThanX!!! I had some leftovers today. The chicken taste just like a fried piece of chicken. But less greasy. I have made pan-fried chicken before. But I am eating healthy now. So this was a good and healthy substitute. Plus the mac and cheese I made was healthy as well. I added a little butternut squash puree to the mix to add a little veggie.

Just be weary that too much cheese isn't too good for you.

If you reaaaaly wanna do something healthier, maybe just one hard cheese, and lots of ricotta/cottage/sour cream all 3. Add some powdered chicken stock to enhance the cheese flavour. It works a treat!
