Chuck's Roasted Chicken Ziti:
Ingredients: Serves four or one really stoned Pot head!
1. 1lb(16 ounces) Ziti pasta noodles 2. McCrimmon Alfredo Sauce packs, add as many packs as desired as desired, I say this because people like different amounts. And whatever other ingredients that apply for this sauce. 3. 1 tsp salt 4. Parmeasen Cheese(the real deal from Harris teeter or any high-end grocery store(grated)not in the shake can) 5. 4-boneless chicken breast 6. 1/8 cup Fresh Parsley chopped 7. 3 fresh cloves Garlic 8. Fresh Basil(2 full leaves) 9. 1 tbsp salt 10. 4 tbsp butter 11. 1/2 cup milk
First start out by adding your water to the pot of boiling your ziti. Bring to a simmer and then add ziti(I do this for the reason when you have your ziti it is soft, do not worry if will crispen in the oven).
Prep Chicken
Second take Sauce pan and bring to a in-between temp. of low/medium heat on stove-top. Take chicken breast, milk, and butter and put into sauce pan and cook for 3mins. Reduce sauce. Third, add garlic cloves, basil and fresh parsely. Let simmer until chicken is done.
"The sauce should have reduced one more time."
When ziti is ready, strain. Set aside desired amount in each bowl.
By the time the sauce is beginning to reduce for the final time prep oven for 500 degree setting for baking. After setting oven temp. Start Alfredo sauce. After chicken has cooled down to be handled, cut each piece into strips. Keep each piece together(seperate), take some of your ziti and "pat-down"(just a small bit) with bread crumbs and put Parmeasan cheese on top. Bake in the oven until top(cheese) is light-golden in color.
Careful, this is extremely hot!!!
Pour Alfredo sauce onto ziti, then set chiken/ziti/cheese on top of pasta and serve with fresh parsely.
By the way this recipe was authenticated by myself and no other, and is really really great, so if you fuck it up it is your fault not mine(I hope). Goes great with a sweet White Zinfindale.
Enjoy and tell me how it taste

Nice!
I would add garlic bread to the occasion. I need something to sop up the leftover plate grease and what

no recipe really just rather threw a sauce together
canned diced tomatoes, del monte garlic herbs
brought to a nice simmer while the pasta cooked drain pasta, add sauce and mix in a glass baking dish cover with any type of cheese you want, the more the better and backed at 350 for like 15 minutes i think
