how do i overcome fear of not getting erections during sex?

i'm pretty sure it's a psychological problem, not a physical one, since i can keep it up in other occasions like jacking off. when i get head, i have no problem, but after several minutes of penetration, i'll have some sort of anxiety and it'll go down and once that happens i get more conscious about it. i would really love to not have this problem or concern!

Solution: Be honest with whoever your with and tell her/him you get anxious/paranoid about it. The more you hide it and fear it the worse it will get.

Your not ready to have sex yet. dont resport to pills because you will become dependent on them. wait until your ready, and if it continues.....wait until your comfortable with your partner. Give it time, and honesty. I had the same problem in high school, and it got better. However the fact still remains that i have to be REALLY comfortable with a girl before im truly willing to stick my dick in her :shrug:

Just give it time dude, I know it sucks.....ive had some fucking embarrassing moments in my life, and dealing with this sort of issue was on the top of the list :lol: Just accept the fact your different, not incompetent.

You have sexual anxiety, which you just need to learn to overcome. Easier said than done, but trust me, it's possible.  With sexual anxiety, and it all comes to down getting in better touch with your sexual and your partner.

IMHO, this is the best kind of advice.  Find a partner who you can comfortably tell this to and sit in bed with for a while to work on overcoming it.
