Small Black Dots on Fingers

I've noticed 2 small black dots (pinhead sized) that developed on the palm side of my right middle finger and my left index finger. Both are in the middle section of the finger.

It looks the same as when you poke yourself with a pencil but I've had no such pokes recently.

Has anyone else ever had this? I've searched on google and found a lot of people asking the same question but none got a definitive answer.

Any help is appreciated.

I believe those are called blood blisters, and at that size are essentially harmless.

It's brownish/black though, kind of looks like a mole due to being that color but flat. Doesn't really seem like a blister and doesn't seem to be going anywhere.

I've gotten the same thing on my fingers.  It takes a long time but it eventually goes away.

Yup, that exactly what they look like. Mine are half the size of yours though. The one on my left hand is in about the same position as yours. The other is dead center of my middle finger on the right hand.

These things seemed to have popped up overnight a few weeks ago.

I was worried for a bit. As long as a bunch more don't pop up I won't be worrying.
