i blacked out last night for a second...... all wosy today....

the other night i was out drinking. just sitting in a chair selling some glass pipes to someone. and all of a sudden the room half turned black and started spinning i came out of it after maybee a second maybee more... asking what just happened.....

noone really knew. i was sitting down the whole time. not too drunk maybee 5 beers in over a few hours..... the rest of the night and today i felt disoriented and out of it. gettting somem weird headaches too... feeling kinda tripped out. i dont understand it, and frankly it scares me.

i was out at a resturant earlier tonight and the feeling like i was going to black out soon kept coming and going. still now as i write it its coming and going.

im getting somem weird headaches and sensations in my head. and my muscles are spaziming more than usual.... i have essential tremor and i shake and have muscle twitches sometimes.....

what the hell.
