ok i want some opinions on this. i just ordered 4 spore syringes and this is my first time growing any type of mushrooms, after looking at different terrariums people used i decided that they had to main things...humidity and temperature. so today i but together a frame that is about 3 feet wide, 2 feet deep, and 2 feet tall. i then used industrial plastic around each side and the bottem and made it air tight, for the top i made a seal and put a heavy piece of wood with a small window in it. there are 2 shelves inside to hold mushrooms, and under one of them there is room for a small house humidifier, i was wonderwing what poeple thought of my idea and if you think it will work.

give me some info please.

Sounds like you put a lot of hard work into it. Everything sounds good though. The only problems I could potentially see would result from the use of wood, but as long as it is treated wood, you should be in the clear. Have any pics?

i also covered the inside walls that were wood and could be exposed to humidity with the plastic and used duct tape to seal them as much as possible, i have a metal shelf and a wood one, which i will reaplace with plastic or metal asap.
