Thanks myCo, as did my Coleus but it's just too big, it's sagging down over the sides of the pot due to the weight but she's trying to grow up!

Your Coleus is beautiful.  I'm about to start a couple up myself. I had no idea they would get that big. I was under the impression they wouldn't get taller than about a foot. I guess i'm gonna need a bigger pot on  e day.

The soil is just a generic potting mix I got locally with slow release fertilizer, the nutrients are 'Nitrophoska', which contains a healthy balance of nutes both in the slow & fast release type.

The climate here is beautiful especially at the moment & growing outdoors on my verandah has never been a problem

Thankyou all for the kind words!

Definitely a cereus spp.

The unknown on the left looks like a Bridgesii, not sure about the one on the right.

That is exactly what my mate thought of the one on the left, the one on the right is 'trichocereus species', as the sticker on the pot says, no idea what though?

Dr Uare where are you...:goodluck:

i'm watching and waiting to see what everyone else says first

but yeah in the last set of pics the top one is a t. bridgesii and bridgesoid again in the third pic.

not sure about the second pic, but definitely a cereus species in the fourth pic.

not sure if you got your trich id's right in the original post either.
i think your pachanoi id is ok but the others don't look like scop or peruvianus to me, but

Thanks for the quick response, the only reason I decided on the Peruvianus & scopulicolus ID's was that the nursery I bought them from had them tagged as these; the guys son is a cactus fanatic & brought back a truckload for his old man to sell...Pretty naive of me to settle on them being such & such without doing some research, so i'll take your word for it.
