Oh yea true hahaha, I just figured all hippie places like that were in Cali, but yeah that's probably not true, it's still rare I think in other states.  Cause I've never seen anything like that in VA.

I was a NY pizza cook for 6 months or so. Could throw it up in the air and everything :yesnod:......all the little kids went "WOW!!!!! ooooo0000oOOoo"

no, it's not a new chain.  i'm pretty sure it's just region-specific to the southeast.

yea its definitly a bit more rare than say cali, colorado, or oregon for the most part....but there certainly are such places elsewhere.  def not as much tho.

I live in Ohio and we actually (at least in this area) have a bunch of hippie towns nearby.  Yellow Springs is probably the most famous to the rest of the country.  Most people know of it because Chappelle lives there. It's an amazing town that I would one day love to live in.  Oh yeah, this was a Subway thread, well.. I worked at a BP gas station that had a Subway built in and I sorely miss not being able to eat there every day.  That's probably the most healthy I've ever eaten in my lifetime.. :smile:  Subway rocks

I used to do what you are doing until I realized that I was a gigantic asshole for wasting my money on something you could easily make at home, for much less money. What makes more sense? Paying someone like $7 dollars for a sandwich, chips, and soda, or ~twice as much so you could eat many 6 times as many sandwiches over the course of a week or two?

When you start buying the ingredients to make your own food, you will be completely liberated from the tits of these greedy corporations and you will have more money leftover to spend on what you want. Also, buy your juice and toiletries in bulk at your local wholesale club.

It just makes so much more sense.

Well, I'm not a vegetarian.

I just love that sub.  It's cucumbers and tomatoes and sprouts and lettuce and avocados and mayo.
