I notice it helps me breath better, after I smoke I can breath deeper but the smoke irritates my lungs a bit so the next day I'm back where I was. I need to get me a vape one of these days.
I guess its an asthma treatment, anyone ever hear about this?

Well for me, I've done it twice when I was sick with the flu or some kind of nasty shit. For about 20-30 minutes I caughed my ass off, which caused me to cough up all kinds of gunk that had drained down my throat. Cleared my throat right up though and got all that mucus off of it.

Your throat will be extra sore from that coughing for an hour or 2, but after that generally I'll be where I was and then gradually just feel better over the next few hours. I can't remember if ganj helps stop the drainage though. It might, but I dunno.. been too long to remember.

That's really all it helps with though, not that that isn't much imo. It works better, or at least as well, as some cough syprup or cold medicine or something though. Though I'd recommend not taking cough syrup before hand as the point is your trying to make yourself cough. It's great once you stop all the coughing though to help soothe the soreness.

Oh, I should say that I was a big pothead, so the smoke hardly had any impact on my lungs. I had just gotten used to it, so I never was used to feeling any negative effects from it the next day or something and I could take huge hits fine. Don't know how this may affect someone who is just a ummm... yunno... every now and then kinda smoker.

that works for a few months, but then you'll wish you hadn't done it and you start to just smoke to be 'normal'

bud definitely cures. Ive been sick all week with a Cold. I hit 2 bowls on the bong and im feeling great again.
