I don't get sick or ill often, but when I do...

hangover, cold, flu, dizziness, lightheadedness, stomach ache...

It is man. It's got it's downsides, though none are that bad, but as far as it's medicinal purposes it's a great cure all.

I agree.
I was pretty sick yesterday, but I felt so much better after I smoked.
Weed is a beautiful thing.

Haha, nice.  Grats on the 420.


But I concur fully with pot as a strong medicinal tool for many ailments.

Even my 87 year old grandmother is starting to see where I come from.  After a back surgery three years ago, she's been in constant pain.  After a FINALLY trying a little ganj a while back, she seems to see why I enjoy it so much.  Especially since such bullshit pharms like Loratabs and Tramadol make her sick.

God bless our healing and teaching plant friends, eh?

Too bad our government is too pigheaded to listen to the PEOPLE.

It does help those things....

But in my experience, it also slows the mind and body afterwards. The other weekend I was doing that with my bud, and for 2 days afterwards, my mind was slow and I was lazy. It wears off though after a month, it feels like you never did it.

It doesn't treat the illness, just the symptoms. Even if I have a sore throat, oddly, I find it helps. It makes me caugh like crazy and I end up caughing up a bunch of flem and shit and then in a couple hours I'll feel much better (assuming the sore throat is from mucus draining down your throat, eg cold or something).

It just alleviates alot of the pain you feel.

Yeah,

I had a pet dog that died, just kut it up and shoved a zip of some weed inside, and it revived. Now it's alive, and ready to get high. :smile:

I agree weed is my hangover drug. It dosn't cure headaches but it makes it so you can keep food/water down so you can take some advil to get rid of it. I need to pick me up a MM card one of these days...:jah:

Depends on the cause, read my post earlier. If it's just a plain old sore throat then yah, but if the sore throat is caused by draining mucus from a cold or flu or something it can make it much better by removing all that mucus from your thoat/lungs. You'll breath better and I definitely notice the difference about half a day later.

Oh yeah, tell me about it. Noting feels greater than stopping nasty sinus drainage with a bowl of weed and a glass of orange juice, with lots of pulp! Half a day? I notice the benefits within an hour.
