do ceramic heaters work well when the temp is to hot like do they fan to cool down or something. like because i think ceramic heaters arent worth the money because when i looked to buy one on the internet it said it controls temp...but only has a scale not a temp controller. And if i did control actual temp would it cool the temp if its to high(can u get one thats like that?)

And would a regular light in a closet work for when the temp is warm but not warm enough?

best/cheapest way I have found to heat, is a big Styrofoam cooler a 2 gallon jug (they do exist) and a submersible fish tank heater I tried heating my closet but that much space even a small closet you need a space heater to keep the temp at what you want. Constantly changing temp will slow your growth too and a fish tank heater will have a temp gauge on it so you can set the water at a temp and it will keep the cooler around the same temp as the water. works great sped up my process by almost a week just having the temp right all the time and you can put anything in there casings, jars, oven bags. whatever that's just my two cents
