temperature control

how do you guys/girls get incubators to the temperature you want?
it's winter here and the temp inside the incubator is too low.
i've been covering it in blankets and keeping a heater next to it
but it seems to have little effect. what methods do you use?
what sort of equipment is available for help in this area?

There is a few methods. The method in which I think works best is using an aquarium heater, in a glass jug of water. Just play around with it until you get it to 86 degrees or so, and thats it.
