Most epic battle in the Universe

This is the age-old internet-old question of who would win the most epic battle of all time. SUPERMAN or GOKU?

Personally I think Superman has sheer technique but Goku has huge bag of Senzu beans which are totally cheap and revitalize him completely.






My vote is for Superman.

I always thought DBZ was gay as hell.

I watched it a couple times in high school because everyone was talking about this big battle between Goku and Frieza (sp).
There was apparently like a minute and a half until the planet blew up, and somehow, they managed to stretch that shit into 4 episodes.
All it was was scenes of the other people talking amongst themselves wondering who would win, and then going to scenes of Goku and Frieza, with their arms and legs just blurs going "HA HU HAH HUH HOOO" over and over, and then someone would make a sound like "HUUUHHHHHHHHHHHH" like they were trying to take a dump real bad.
Every time I watched it I was just thinking, "Ok, the planet MUST blow up today since its been three half hour episodes and the damn thing hasn't blown up even though it only has 90 seconds until detonation.  I said fuck it after like 4 episodes because I just thought it was a fucking stupid show.

well thev problem is...superman cant be harmed, so its really unfair

superman totally crutches off being immune to all damage and being superhuman...he doesnt block punches - he just lets em break their fist on his face...he doesnt use karate - he just fights like any regular guy but owns cuz hes amazingly strong

the fight would probably go something like this:

they start far apart and goku starts blasting some energy shots or w/e their called...superman flys over and they start trading punches except that only goku's are landing...goku's fists eventually begin to bleed and hes getting tired so he eats a Senzu bean and keeps going....super man finally hits goku forcing him to down another bean...goku eventually tries to pull out some crazy victory with so energy thing and like super-sayanness but superman is unharmable so eventually goku runs out of beans and dies

basically if it were a judged match superman would get ass raped harder than white collar criminals in maximum security prison...but since its to the death, he wins

my vote is for superman based on the fact that he literally cant lose

Superman is effectively invincible unless you have kryptonite. I don't know shit about Goku except that he looks cool. Goku is far cooler than superman who i would not trust around my children. If i had children, which i don't.

loool have a sook all you goku haterz, superman isnt "invincible" its been shown heavy energy beams/projectiles/impacts do harm to him and superman also lacks martial art skills which goku has great knowledge in. superman wouldnt even b able to detect gokus movements hes that much faster. i think any dbz char can win a fight against superpoopypantsman.

ya i agree...if energy beams hurt superman it'd be like a kitten fighting a marine...

superman is a punk who happens to be superhuman...goku can actually fight...aka if goku can find ANY weakness to exploit he wins...so however doomsday killed superman: that would work... and also if energy beams work then its game over for SM

Superman has become just unfairly powerful. Shit even the incredible hulk couldn't take out his ass and the hulk is the strongest Marvel Superhero. Superman's overly charged powers just make him not identifiable with the times. He practically has no vulnerabilities beside kyrptanite and that shits starting to get real old...How long have they been using that one trick  pony...80-90 years practically. In any case the guy just hasn't changed with times. These reasons are why this character isn't popular anymore.

My bet would go to superman and I know goku would fight a fair fight so he wouldn't use kyrptanite.

Superman would defeat Goku.  Xandir would then defeat superman.  This, of course, angers Chuck Norris who proceeds to beat off causing the great flood of the new aeon.  Those who have survived, who are'nt good Christians, are blown away by the winds created by his roundhouse kick.
