only reason i ask if anyone else offers them is since they implied the new rule to the billing address is the only one they ship to i move around alot since i live in apartments. just wondering if anyone else offers the same product without the rules? i know they're just looking out for them and the entire culture so its all good.

Well i was kind of looking for one that was pre-filled and sterilized since i dont have an impulse sealer to seal jsut the bags :frown:.

You don't need an impulse sealer, I use an iron just fine.
