After skimming the threads, it looks like there is a large disapointment in sporeworks shipping. from what I've read, there seem to have great quality but taking f'ing forever to deliver. Which is great to know considering i decided to grow, but was leaving on vacation about 10 days after i ordered. So i ordered my B+ strain from the website and paid 15 flipping bucks for 2 day shipping. This is ridiculus, its 2 days past the guarnteed delivery time and i have 5 days to my vacation. I didnt pay 15 bucks for fast shipping to wait as if i had paid for the normal shipping service. I understand that they had decided to take a vacation (which ended june 2, 2005), but its now 9 days past that deadline, so whats the wait?

Also i understand shipping can take awhile, but ive emailed them on 3 occasions, always a day between (in order to give them 24 hours of response time - which is a ridicously large amount of time) and have still not gotten a response.

So far, im very disapointed in their service and am therefore warning you guys and gals about problems in case you were wondering to order there.

Thanks for your time and patience, i know i sound like an ass, but i dont have a money tree, and the aspect that now i have to order from another site (going to be sporesource) so i can  get the jars in the incubation chamber before the vacation really peeves  :mad2: me off.

Please check the name of the vendor you are describing. It appears you are confusing vendor names. Spore Works is not on vacation and I am not aware of threads complaining of slow shipping times. I don't even think Spore Works offers 2 day shipping (I couldn't find that option on the checkout page) Customer service is temporarily closed until June 14th but orders are being processed as normal.

hmmm maybe its just this order then. Well at least you guys have settled some fears ive had in that it would never show up  :shocked: Thanks for the feedback, it seems that despite a 2 week long wait everything has wroked out for you guys. Its almost the end of the sixth Work Day since ordering the B + syringe with a 2 day shipping (15 bucks). But seriously, its not that big of deal as long as it comes sometime this week. It would just suck big time to have to wait to put them into incubation after i got back, and now its too late to order another syringe from a different site and with no one growing them around where i live i "have all my marbles in one bag" for this up-coming summer.

Thanks for the feed-back on experiences you've had with SporeWorks, it sounds like you guys have had a general liking to their service.

Ill keep you all updated on the Shipping Time and when it eventually does show up for future reference

Weird, well the 6th shipping day has passed and the order didnt show up, frustrating. Strange how everyone had good experiences, maybe its the shipping system, not them. Though this has to be the slowest 2 dau airplane in the history of the world :smile:

UPDATE - the seventh shipping day has now passed and there are only 3 shipping days left to vacation  :eek: So far, the 2 day shipping has taken altogether 7 work days, 3 more and im gone, o no!

Seriously hope they show up sometime soon

I find it's best professional practice to attempt to contact and work out a problem with a customer via private message or email.

Sir Austin, I've PM'd you requesting some info on the order so I can figure out what may have occured with your purchase. There have been a few strains of Ps. cubensis that we've had a temporary backlog on, and I suspect this may have affected your order.

I am very sorry I was unable to address this problem sooner, I've just returned back to the office today and am working very hard to get any customer problems resolved as quickly as possible.

Sporeworks is the best spore provider out there, I dont mind paying a couple extra bucks because of thier fast shipping and superior product. I ordered mine on 03 and got it on the 6th cant beat that.

Sporeworks is and has always been excellent for everyone I know too.
Great spores for microscopy, supplies, wonderful edibles strains,etc.
