sporeworks peurto ricans?

hi,
hope this post is appropriate for this forum. i was wondering if there'd been any problems with recent puerto rican syringes from sporeworks. out of 9 recent PF style jars, only two have a single germination site within 10 days. I've heard that previous sporeworks PR syringes have been extremely aggresive colonizers, so i was wondering where my problem's come in. I've posted on the cultivation forum about possible problems i could be having in that area, but i let the jars cool a day+ between steril. and innoc. and definitely didn't innoc. into the dry verm layer, and i had four innoc sites per jar, so that's 2 out of 36 sites that have germinated so far. any other reports like this or am i doing something else wrong? thanks for all your help and i really don't mean for this post to be accusatory or insulting or anything, i'm just looking for reasons why this is taking me so much longer than everyone else. thanks again!!

what's the temperature been like?
did you shake the syringe well before you used it?

My friend Asa had the same problem with recent Sporeworks PR syringes. I've heard it from a couple others recently too. Maybe a bad batch? Sporeworks has a good reputation. I'm sure they will make things well for you.

can't tell you how much i appreciate your great customer support psylociber!! just awesome!!
now i have a question for you or anyone. if i get new syringes in a week or so, is there any reason i can't just innoculate the then two to three week old jars which are uncontaminated but also ungerminating? is there any reason for me to throw out the substrate, remix, resterilize, and start completely over?

I am having a similar problem, but my pr syringe came from another reliable dealer. And I guess I f'd up, because I took some of the jars and shot more stuff in them today (9 days after original innoculation).

I'm having the same problem. I inoculated 6 pf jar with the PR strain and now over 2 weeks later only 3 of them show any signs of growth and its pretty minimal. Im wondering if the pf tek method just doesn't work as well with PR for some reason. I've read post where people have had luck using a WBS and the substrate Hpoo with the PR strain. Might be worth looking into. Good luck! P.S does anyone think I should contact sporeworks about this problem? any opinions?
