Tastes like meat mixed with oatmeal and spices. You don't eat the sheep stomach which makes the casing.

some of the meat is various insides of sheep, but i would def say that the oatmeal and spices dominate the taste

Nice! I've tried it in Scotland before. It's sooo tasty! That's like a manly meal right there haha!

speaking of "gross" looking foods, I've eaten grasshoppers, and cheese larva, it's not so bad, just a little protein dare.

You should try babygoat meat korma curry with garlic/ginger, cilantro and sauteed onion
