The new, and likely final, album from Cryosyncopy is available now from HI.ARC.TOW as a free Creative-Commons licensed download. The album forgoes the several-track format of preceding albums for two longer, more meditative pieces that together form a more obvious whole. As on previous album Black Sea visual artwork has been skillfully provided by Apostol. The album is available in both MP3 and lossless FLAC format.
Cryosyncopy - Cosmic Vicissitude (2009)
About Cryosyncopy
Cryosyncopy paints pictures with sound, in ways that are sometimes more cinematic than traditionally musical in how they use texture, tonality and space. But to over analyze is to miss the point, and to fail to see this music as it is - sonic environments to traverse and immerse in. Instead it asks the listener to explore for themselves and allow the art to represent itself through the ideas it already has embedded within its design.
About Hi.Arc.Tow
We are an artistic community who aim to create art of meaningful, lasting value. We strive to the standards of the immortal greats and to inspire a love of existence.
Our goals are: to assist people in the development of the necessary skills to create good work, provide more direct assistance where possible/requested, offer constructive criticism of work, promote that which think deserves attention - even hosting work on this website if the artist so chooses.
All work available from the HI.ARC.TOW website for free download is licenced under a Creative Commons Licence. This makes it free to share (to copy, distribute and transmit the work) and to remix (to adapt the work) provided you properly attribute the artists and do not exploit the work for commercial purposes unless given permission.

sleepbot (listen here)
Right now I'm making a copy of Quosp's Soundscapes so I don't need to use the CD. An artist I'd have never heard of if it wasn't for this radio station.
Here's an example
Oh, and there's always boards of canada

It's hard to get but if you can find yourself a copy of Tor Lundvall's "Empty City" get it.
It's magical. I can only break through on salvia if I've got sympathetic music in the background. With this I heard double helix tracers whenever the woman's voice called out.
Edit: Youmusictube happens to have two examples of his work. This one, running late, is typical of his work.

Thanks Lake, glad you approve.
I found my soundscapes album! Here's an exerpt from Blistre, one of my favourite songs on it. My world is crushing in on me, and hardcore drugs are becoming appealing. I want this playing when my heart stops and I go to the endless dream
