My woman cheated on me,

or was at least planning on it for a while. I discovered some fucked up things happened while I was away over christmas.

I confronted her the moment I found out, and we had lengthy discussion (in which she broke down crying and told me nothing had actually happened), ending with me telling her I needed some space. 

A few days later, we started talking again, and I eventually decided we should keep trying. But the problem is that now she's behaving extra clingy, and I've lost a fair amount of respect for her, and trust in her.

I do still love her quite a bit, and she treats me well. But this problem is a big one for me. Blechhhh...

Don't trust her for a second.  There is some part of her that doesn't respect you and that little part will never really go away.  Smash her shitbox for awhile and in the mean time find someone with some goddamn respect.

too bad sex never really is just sex when feelings are involved.

and people have evolved feelings for a reason.  we dont own other people.  but when someone gives themselves people generally expect a heads up before the indian giving begins.
