I used to think OTD was pretty unique, but nothing of the sort. Most of their memes and ideas come from other places of utter boredom. Their shock pics aren't finds they made themselves but pics you can find in the underbelly of every large posting board that allows such a thing.
SA, /b/, OTD its all the same really. I too suspect many OTDers are members from those other sites and probably not a few are being recruited by their OTD friends to come set up camp here also. Which explains the number of OTDers that has no affinity with drugs whatsoever.
One day soon OTD will destroy itself with copypasta, just like happened to /b/
I hope they are smart enough not to, but it takes just a few family members who shit in the livingroom and the place stinks for all.
