i act like some piece of fuck, too much benzos...

at the moment i live at my parenty home in my old room (unter thze roof with bathroom
i took yestardy 60mg of bromazepam and 250mg of ofxzepam, selept from yesterday evening to this day at 18 uhr (from 9 am 01/09/2k9 until  6 pm 01/12/2k9)

now my mum thinks that i am a junkie etc.

what should i do, to explain her, that i only took them to find a good rhythm  to sleep
now i too 30 mg of bromezepam to sleep good when i leave te house tomorrow at 8

what can i do, that shes no longer thinking, that i kill my brain not for fun and shes is longer the opinion that i just take that stuff to kill my problems with that medication...???
