I am thinking about the same thing here in Germany, actually. Growing edible gourmet varieties and selling them to restaurants and at the local markets. I already talked to my wife about it and she thinks it's not such a bad idea after all. Luckily, my family is very supportive of my mushroom hobby. Just yesterday night my 9-year-old helped me spawn my cubensis Na Muang rye jars to bulk. He's my myco assistant. It's really cute when he's in cap, mask and gloves loading cube trays. He hunts edibles with me all fall, too.

That is too cool!  Here is a picture of my 11yr old daughter experimenting with the oven tek.  She can be stubborn!  she had to prove that the oven tek works if you put "tender loving care" to it.  I HATE THE OVEN TEK.
