Found "Mushroom Compost"

Went to Lowe's today to get some Scott's 3-in-1 and came out with this stuff I haven't seen before. It's called Mushroom Compost by Green Country Soil. It contains lots of stuff but mainly manures, chicken shit, peat moss, lime. It is advertised as being ph balanced.
Anybody had any experience with this?? It sounds promising to me.

I don't know anything about that particular brand, but the brands I do have familiarity with were comprised of spent mushroom compost that had already been depleted in a commercial mushroom farm.

I tried this shit B4, got contams the first time. Wasnt buffered right I think. I had a little progress but it took some time. I do better w/ bult teks involving hay, dung, compost. And I bet u would too. Unless that is all u can get. But I wouldnt use it agan, or sugest it.

No good, It's called "Mushroom Compost" because mushrooms have been grown in it. There is no longer any nutrients that a mushroom can use in it..Good for the garden tho.

In my experience, Scotts 3n1 was just slightly better than worthless for use as a bulk substrate.

Just go with straight grain or cakes before you waste spawn on 3n1.
