Any Yonder Mountain String Band fans?

I love em, I have developed a taste for bluegrass because of this band.

I really want to go to the Northwest String Summit this year.

Bluegrass fans?

Hell yeah man. I love these guys. Saw them do a fucking insane show at the Nokia w Fishman a couple of months ago. Blew me away. I love bluegrass in general, but these guys are towards the top of my list musically these days. Railroad Earth is another unbelievable jamgrass act if you don't know them... Hot Buttered Rum is also pretty sick.

I saw them at Bear Creek this year. They're pretty cool, but I was still sleeping off my trip from the night before and resting for the trip ahead that night and so I didn't get to enjoy them fully...

Haha yeah, I wish I knew how to make them.

Greengoat, we have pretty similar taste in music. I heard last nights bisco was epic.

Im a bluegrass fan, but not so much yonder.  They arnt bad, but I usually dont seek them out - Id rather listen to Bill Monroe.  :tongue:  I should DL some more of their stuff and check it out.

Gotcha, yeah it was. I was SO blown away last night. I picked the right night of the run to come.  Candyflipped, which is not something I normally do, but I figured, when in Rome... Such incredible energy. I was way impressed.
Now Im just looking forward to Akron/Family tonight. Should be really nice...
