Hows the potency vary when cultivated?

Subbs contain mostly psilocybin, which is more stable than psilocin, so I'd imagine the potency doesn't very too much.  I havn't tried any yet though.

That's what I'm saying.  Subbs in the wild don't lose much potency (due to low psilocin content) unless they're really damaged.  So, I doubt the indoor environment would lead to much of an increase in poteny.

Cubes on the other hand have higher psilocin content, so when they're damaged in the wild they can lose a lot of potency.  Indoor cubes don't get as damaged, so their psilocin levels stay intact, which is one reason why they're usually more potent than outdoor cubes.

Oh I was under the impression there was a significant difference in potency.

I think the growing conditions can also change potency some. If you are doing a good grow opperation then everything should be optimal for what you are growing , perfect nutrience, perfect temp and so on therefore cultivated stuff I think tends to be a little more potent in cubes and other easy to grow things but not sure

I am with you, Ive got so many spores it would be tight to cultivate. I remember reading some article that over seas they are cultivating subbs by the thousands. And subbs are supposed to be the weed mushroom. So there must be some easy trick to growing them.
