Sick - Coughing Blood

I think I have a cold or something but my main concern is that I am coughing blood

when I sneeze , talk too loud, or cough my through feels so raw that I want to kill myself, but I guess thats normal for being sick.

BUT, tonight I drank a little tussin DM, probably about 30mg DXM and 300mg Guaifenesin over the past 4 hours

I put a little bud in my vaporizer to help me get to sleep, passed out, then woke up laying on a towel covered in blood. it came out of my nose so im not too worried

BUT now that the nosebleed is gone I have been coughing up blood mixed with nasty colored crap :thumbdown:

do you guys think thats just from having my nose bleed earlier

and anyone got any good recommendations to make me feel better

the blood, from your nose and mouth, is most likely caused by your throat being so raw that it started to bleed.

I just had a soar throat yesterday, a bad one. its 99 percent gone tho. I suggest using a product called chloraseptic lozenges, the red ones (cherry flavored i think), been using them my whole life, they are a miracle. It will take 90 percent of the pain away. The directions say to take one every two hours, but I just pop one in my mouth one right after the other for constant pain relief. other than that, take two tylenol and call me in the morning.

Orange juice and sleep, too, never hurt anybody

does it feel like allergies? try some mucinex D if so. That shit does wonders.
