hurt myself coughing too hard

i was trying to cough up some flem to see if it still had tar in it (im trying to assert how well my lungs are healing since i quit smoking weed) and i coughed so hard that i hurt myself. now it hurts when i take a deep breath in and there is pain in my lung area. advice?

a hernia in your lung aint good. you might wanna call your doc about it if it feels serious, could be a hernia.

im feeling completely better now, i think it was much less serious than i thought and there was no need to even post. thanks anyway guys.

but think of this...

if you fix your body, by thought alone.. (like moving) ..
if! ..

then when you get medicine from your doctor, you might grow accustom to it, thus "needing" the medicine.. later on..

I would have done it my-self, but I would have asked a doctor..


off topic and all.. but I see it, kind of relevant. so here it goes..

when you smoke.. (this is not like it is, but to give the general idea) ..you get nikot-in, in your blood.
Taking care of the chore that an other -in, say something like serotonin produced naturally in the body.

then you body.. no longer needing to produce a -in to do the choirs, but instead using an other -in, supplied by having a smoke..

see how one shut off?

then stopping to smoke.. having no real -in, production.. you crave for a cigarette .. by the craving of the natural -in..
THINKING IT IS NICOTINE.. they want....

and again.. we move by thinking..
we need by thinking..
and we produce by thinking..

thus.. they stop producing the other -in.. and will not function properly.. (this is why smoking "addiction" is physical but just as mental..)



anyways.. I just needed to went I guess.. I need friends.. :P he-he, .. like fleshy ones.. :smile:

Yeah, definately see a doctor. I used to think that brown/black stuff in fleghm was tar from weed and cigs too, but it got so bad i went to the doc and she told me, its blood. Apparently you dont cough up the tar its absorbed into your blood or some junk like that but coughing up shit like that is usually a sign of either bronchitis or pneumonia. Definately definately definately get it checked out
