Blood In My Vomit

Is this ok after a heavy nights drinking and afew asprins the day after ?.
Im not in pain or anything.
My sick was blood red though, ive had nothing red to eat at all.

Certainly wouldn't hurt to see a doctor about that...it may just be from too much alcohol, but it could be from something far worse.


Also, make sure that it is aspirin you are taking for your hangovers, and not Tylenol. Aspirin is OK, Tylenol is BAD!

Tylenol is broken down in the liver by the same chemicals that break down alcohol. If you've been drinking your liver isn't able to break down the tylenol properly, and that can lead to liver damage and then liver failure. There was a guy in my town who died a couple years back from liver failure, and the doctors all said it was because he used Tylenol the morning after drinking.

Sounds like an ulcer.

I was walking down the road with my friend who drinks alot and she just started barfing blood out of nowhere. I took her bitchass to the doctor and she had a stomach ulcer, that was upset from drinking.

Aspirin usually makes your stomach bleed a little bit, anyway. If it persists, though, definitely see a doc. You might want to knock off the drinking for a while and give your stomach a break.

That happened to me on xmas eve! I was getting chatted up by someone who was buying me pint after pint, went to the loo cos my bladder was bursting and ended up puking loads of digested blood everywhere!  :eek: :crazy:

Spent all xmas in hospital, had to take it easy on new years too!  :frown:

Gastroscopy a month later (damned shitty NHS!) was negative, no ulcer luckily!

no seriously, I doubt its anything horrible, but a trip to the doctors is always recomendable. Ive had similar from bing drinking, and when you take a small break from the alcohol it went away :thumbup:
