It's not LD 50, but it's still better than most of the garbage out there right now.

if it's aint Ld50 Or End of all things to come i dont want it.

--------------------
Man is timid and apologetic; he is no longer upright; he dares not say "I think," "I am," but quotes some saint or sage. He is ashamed before the blade of grass or the blowing rose.Man postpones or remembers; he does not live in the present, but with reverted eye laments the past, or, heedless of the riches that surround him, stands on tiptoe to foresee the future. He cannot be happy and strong until he too lives with nature in the present, above time

When I click the link I get:  [an error occurred while processing this directive]

I also find it interesting that two immediate responses from people that presumably like(d) the band, aren't even curious as to what their "new" music sounds like....

To each his own, I guess....    :ohwell:

Was the first time I ever heard Terence McKenna's voice.  Had no idea who he was...

I think I made a thread about that here a long time ago....
Having heard his voice very briefly once quite a few years previous to hearing Mudvayne, I recognized the voice....
But, he has quite a distinctive voice....

Edit, it was a post, not a thread - but nobody answered definitively....

I didn't even know he was on it. I'm guessing it's in those ambient tracks?

I remember Pharmacopia and Know Forever rocking my balls when It came out.

Yeah, I thought it was a sample from an old sci-fi flick and he was an evil scientist.

It is the "strange" voice in the beginning and end of the CD....

In my computer's current sad state, clicking on that video will either cause my browser to crash, or my computer to crash....  :crankey:

It's all good though, I knew it was him - especially with what he is talking about....
I wonder how many people actually know this little music "Easter Egg"....

i enjoyed aforementioned albums. after chad joined HellNo he turned into a pussy hard rock artist, making mediocre bar room music with a bunch of wash-outs

It angers me so much how Mudvayne sold out.  LD50 was amazing, still is, especially for a debut.  This band could have achieved great things if they continued to evolve but instead they opted for the conformist path - Lost & Found was so fucking shit.  I heard a couple of tracks off the new album a while ago off their myspace, sounded terrible.

I only have LD50 and End of all things to come, so I guess if they took a huge turn in their style of music (ala Metallica pre-Newsted), I guess I understand....
Usually bands grow better and stronger with a little musical maturity under their belts, it is disheartening when it goes the other way....
