She's your girlfriend, it's not like you're married, so just break up with her and get over it.  Force yourself.  It's part of maturing and growing as a person.  It's never easy when you actually give a shit about someone, but you'll feel better in the long run if you cut your losses and hers and just get it over with. 

If you can't stand being alone or something, then you have issues beyond your girlfriend, and maybe it isn't her fault in the first place.  Learn how to be happy on your own before getting involved again.  You'll be a much better person for it.
