In 4 years I've had a Nissian Sentra which was a pretty good car and it got great gas milage, but I got hit and it fucked the car up pretty badly. A Toyota Colrola, which died, and now the Civic. I like the Civic the most.

So you would recommend the T100?
How's the gas mileage on it? What year is yours?

I LOVE my 2000 Ford Focus ZX3. I put on 17" rims on it and pretty nice tires. We put an elaborate MP3 system in the car. We've recently installed an intercooled 12 psi powerworks supercharger kit, that made a huge difference. Also we added new exhaust (for the SC) and a new braking system.
And our other car is a 94 geo metro, which I hate. We are selling it next week, I'm currently looking for a good used car for a 2nd car.

and they beat the gas guzzler tax!
All 2006 Corvette models offer exceptional fuel economy, especially for a vehicle with such ultra-high performance parameters. Coupe and convertible with the standard manual transmission get an estimated 18 MPG city, 28 highway(1) while the new Z06 gets an estimated 16 MPG city, 26 highway.(1) Unlike many Corvette competitors, no matter what Corvette model you choose, you will not pay a federal gas guzzler tax.

so, for now, i'll bicycle it, and worry about a car when winter comes around.

hell yeah. that's cool to find another vette fan. Fuel economy has always been one of the main concerns of the corvette engineering team. I didn't know about the tax thing though.

i wouldn't mind a jett/golf tdi, 50+ mpg. but they're more expensive to maintain

I love my Honda del Sol. It still runs great at 133k miles, looks good, is fun to drive, and sips gas.
I love and hate my Subaru SVX. It's very nice looking except for the rust, and it's very distinctive. It's very, very fast, but it takes premium gas, and plenty of it. The engine is very reliable, but the rest of it isn't. The rack and pinion assembly is fucked up in some way or another and it leakes fluid like a bitch. Parts are horribly expensive and many mechanics simply won't work on it. The interior is beautiful and luxurious, but everything is placed somewhere weird--it takes me a while to find the wipers, defroster and all that. It supposedly has "Subaru all wheel drive," yet I've had it stuck in snow a few times, and when it's stuck, only the front wheels spin. It's an automatic, and I prefer stick. I'm going to junk this car soon, because the steering problem just keeps getting worse, I don't need the car, and I don't have the time or money to fix it.
