When you say it wasn't yours, do you mean that it was the drivers?  Or were you holding it for someone during transport?  If it wasn't the drivers and you brought it into the car yourself I would say you should take the fall for that particular bag.  Not accusing or anything... but its a point I didn't see clarified.

Second, the driver was speeding with weed, a moron like that deserves to have it all pinned on him. 65 in a 35 is asking for a pull over!
You should have all got out, rolled up the windows, and refused a search. BS cops. The US would be decent if it cared about us, the citizens><
