are the gulf coast spores fast colonizers? w/pic

just wondering if it is unusual for the gulf coast strain to colonize so fast on rye berries.
i have some on brf and verm that is going good but the rye is almost fully colonized at 9 days

They were verry fast for ? but the hawian is the fastest.
? didn't like the gulf coast mushies.
not to strong ? made honey spread out of them.
