#1) You don't need a glove box
#2) You don't need a hepa... ever
#3) If your sloppy, disregard rule #1 and #2, and use both.

Bleach=good in air
Bleach!=good in lungs, use a mask
Bleach!=good in substrate

I use a cardboard box that i spray with a rubbing alcohal/disinfectent solution. 2 holes for hands, syran wrap for a window, and a lil flap on the side to put big objects in. 100% success rate with my grain to grain transfers, and agar to grain transfers, but 75% success with spore to petri transfers.

BTW, nice to see ya back OOTW... What happened to ya?
