Anyone had experience with the powder or extract of this plant?
Its the main ingredient in "Bliss Shots"

At least powdered/shredded plant material does nothing for me.
Don't know about extracts tho :smile:

yeah I like to eat a gram of fermented Kanna at a time.
the recoomended dose of 200 mg just doesn't cut it for me but a gram works.

  good stuff
  kinda euphoric but mild

When you buy follage is it already fermented?
So between powder,follage,and extract whats better?

Its all mild and most likely not worth your time.  its a nice plant to grow though.

That depends who you buy from i would guess.  Also foliage contains the least amount of actives the stems, sticks and roots are said to be the strongest part.

Could be dosage aswell, I might go and try a dose of gram+ to see if anything happens :smile: It could be source aswell, but I doubt it..
