Fresh Kanna

Ok, So I've heard kanna is usually fermented in the sun for a few days before being chewed... I have some fresh kanna, and I want to re-enact this tradition of fermentation, what would be a good way to do so, just seal it up in a bag and lay it outside for a couple days? Anyone got experience?

a bag, or more favorably a glass jar. allow it to collect moisture and start to ferment.

vertigo6911 did this with some delosperma bossernum, his post comes to mind and might be worthy of digging up...

nothing too exciting, but he used a bag and for a week, probably in the sun. his process sounds about right for a good product too.

its been in the back of my head that bosseranum also contains what scletium does, though with the additions of tryptamines, if im not mistaken. bosseranum however is much hardier material than scletium, so it might take less fermentation time with kanna.

good luck with whatever u do, report back with results.
