I take a dried ounce straight right before sleep.

Leads to powerful OBEs, trance-like states, and lucid dreaming where I'm able to talk to my own subconscious.

This might be a high dose for you, though.

ive read about folk doing it for the experience while sleeping but the only reason ive not tried it is that my dreams are crazy enough,especially when ive been using shrooms,aya or spice,or even just eating cheese or something before i go to sleep.i think when using most types of psychoactive drugs you can get related dreams for a while afterwards.
but then again i still have about 15 dried grams left so i may try it just to see how different it is from the usual experience i get with them.


and if i get anymore this season i will try peeling the skin of fresh and eating that,but they seem to be on there way out now up here.

I much prefer the dream trip with Amanitas to the waking one.  Something about it just blends perfectly.

If you wish to go raw perhaps mix my method with it? Eat a little, wait an hour, eat some more, wait an hour until you feel it.

These mushrooms are very hit and miss so I feel this is a great way to safely build up to the correct dose (so long as you dont overdo the first dose of course!).

May i just say I have had a PROFOUND spiritual/religious experience by drying and then brewing with NO nausea/sickness/shaking.

I was led to believe that this heating/drying created more muscimol which in turn makes the effects stronger.

I have tried sauteeing the raw mushroom and having with my food but so far this has only produced very mild effects with massive nausea.

Each to their own of course and I'm certainly not trying to preach this or that way is better, basically I'd say experiment with different methods till you find one that suits.

yeah the best experiences are when you got get nausea, nauesea is you fighting the message of the trip
