What Is Oatmeal Powder?

Im trying to buy materials to do this tek and cant find 'oatmeal powder' anywhere!
Anyone have ideas as to what else this could be called?

You can probably just throw oatmeal into an electric grinder

oh that?  well you cuold find it through one of two ways:

1. sneak into mordor and steal it.

2. put some oatmeal into a coffee grinder.

basically the same thing..... but you can find the flour at health food stores and the health sections of supermarkets sometimes. flour is just a finer product thats all. oatmeal chopped up real good in a grinder will work just as well.

Alright..ill probably just buy the flour. Also another idea within the thread was to add activated charcoal(I forgot who stated this)...is activated charcoal the same as ground up charcoal?

you should be asking these questions in the cultivation forum, but no activated charcoal is different than regular charcoal. you can buy activated charcoal by aquarium supplies.
