I played it literally all day. Fucking amazing. I stopped right when I got to the city phase because it's so complicated it'll take me a while to build something that I like. Dude, you rule, thanks so much for the link

Yeah, its pretty awesome, but I feel like there could be more details in the environment than just a random stick and geyser here and there.

Also, there are a lot of other creatures living in groups, and the occasional giant that fucks your shit up.
I feel like there should be more roaming creatures of more variety, not just occasional 100 foot tall monstrosities.
I feel like I walk 50 feet and then theres another group of creatures waiting for me to fuck them up or be friends with them.

And whats the deal with evolving by finding bones or killing other creatures with traits you want?
I can't grow a tail by killing a lizard or a monkey.

I just feel like they could have put a more realistic spin on things.

I figured it was going to be fully defining your creature yourself, in the creature editor.  For example, molding the mesh frame of your creature so that 2 long sharp protrustions form on the head that the program would interpret as horns, and assign a "rush" or "headbutt" value or whatever it is to them.  I thought you could go in and change the shape of the mouth, move its teeth, tongue, vocal cords and thus shape how good it would be at vocalizations or biting, etc.

I thought the creature creator would be a lot more hands on and intricate than just- oh I killed this thing with a big horn, now I have a horn I can stick on my creature.
LAME.

All in all though, the game is very enjoyable.  I had to take a break to go to class, but played it for an hour before class and then for about 4 hours afterwards.  And I'm going to wake up tomorrow and play it all day before the hurricane kills the power.

I wish they would've made the game a little more....mature?  I just feel like I'm playing a little kids game some of the time.  Also, like Dragon said, its not very realistic, it would've been badass if they made it look more like actual evolving creatures rather than a fucking Disney cartoon.  I guess I'll play a little more tonight, but for right now I'm kind of disappointed.

I got it downloaded off of your link newbie, and it seems that only half of the RAR's work.

after .r15 they all looked corrupted.

I fixed it, Bitcomet said it was 100%, and I guess it was not.  thank god for hashing.

Game is up and going, works fine.

1. Unrar.
  2. Burn or mount the image.
  3. Install the game, when asked for a serial enter one of the following:
 
    SPF7-C9A2-AXYE-4ITI-2RLD
    1KPX-FFAW-CAME-KLSA-2RLD
    HDYG-T4TL-ANIC-7RTS-2RLD
 
  4. Don't install the download manager, don't start without copying over crack
    first, don't register the game with an EA account, and don't go online.
  5. Copy the cracked content over from the Crack directory on the disc to
    your installation directory\SporeBin.
  6. Play the game.
