Drug test- system cleanser question.

alright, had my job interview today, gand ive got the job unless i fail this drug test. SO, i have a question or two, as its been over 7 years since ive taken a drug test or had to use any system cleanser. I bought a HERBAL CLEAN Q CARBO easy cleanser with ELIMINEX from GNC.  on the side of the bottle these are the instructions:

drink entire bottle.

refill bottle with cold water and drink at a comfortable yet consistent pace.

urinate frequently.

sit back and relax.

my questions ARE:

1. the bottle mentions no time schedule or anything to go by, when should i drink this to be most effective?

2.  is there anything else i should be doing as well?

3. is this a time critical cleanse?

4. how many times should i piss before i give them my sample?


i have not smoked in 10 days and i maybe smoked about half a gram myself over a 2 day period.  i am very physically active, work out every day just about, go rollerblading for several miles at a time several times a week, i sweat alot, even when im not doing much, i drink alot of water and teas, and ive taken a few shots of apple cider vinegar today. i have until 3pm to go take the test tomorrow, so when should i take this to be most effective?

oops. I did some searching and it says you should use this stuff a few hours before the test.

I dont know about that particular cleanse, but I myself would use one of the synthetic urine kits that are availible.
They are pretty much a no worry kind of thing, just activate the included heat pack and put an elastic around it and the bottle of fake pee, wait till the bottle is in the proper heat zone and pour it into the cup for the nice testing people.
This is the one that I use., just make sure they include a heat pack and a temp strip on the bottle.

Usually some of the stuff that they sell at head shops. They'll know if it works or not. At GNC they usually refuse to tell you if it will help you pass a drug test or not.

friends gf drank water and vinegar all day the day before...peed like crazy and passed a piss test...

That works? Really? Because they told me once when I took a test that they can tell if your urin is too diluted.

did they say it was too diluted??

thats how i tried to pass my first drug test...took some water  in and peed a little and poured the water in to dilute it a bit...didn't know i was going to be tested so it was the best i could come up with...

then they took blood and hair...called me in the next day to tell me i had HIGH levels of THC in my system...FTW...

if you pee clear i'd say you're good to go...too diluted my ass...just tellthem you are health freak and drink water all day...its your new friggin diet...

well, im not a heavy enough smoker that i would even bother with fake urine. ive been a very light smoker since new years, i think ive smoked a total of maybe 10-15 times since then, and 10 days ago was the last time i smoked, probably smoked about 6 bowls between me and my fiancee in two days, im very active and i drink a ton of water, tea and lemonade anyway, i also have at least one bowl of chicken broth with a bunch of herbs and spices a day. im nto even sure if i need the cleanse, just want to be sure, as i really need a job right now.  i am very sure this cleanser will take out whatever is left, if any is, i basically just want to know the best time to drink it.

ive taken a few shots of vinegar today, been drinking water and tea like crazy, about to have a big huge bowl of homemade chicken broth im boiling up.

yeah but ive had friends drink too much water and had the clinic tell them that it was diluted and they had to retake.  im probably being overly paranoid about this, but i havent worked in two months so..... i have alot of time to worry lol.

I use that exact one lefty, so your golden, I had only quit for 7 days on my last use, but ive used up to 2 days before, and still passed with it, over half a dozen uses, and it has never failed.

What I do, is drink the entire bottle, then fill with water, drink, fill with water, drink, then take drinks of water or juice as i normally would, probably about 2 more bottles worth of juice/water.  So i fill it twice and get that down.  I do this about 1.5-2 hrs before i plan on being tested, it should be good for about 5 hours.  in that 1.5-2 hours, make sure to pee at least 3 or 4 times, as much as you can, you will be able to tell visually when the stuff is coming out, as it does turn your pee a slightly unnatural yellow, but I've never been questioned on it.  Also, don't worry too much about over dilution, unless im mistaken, that bottle has like 1000% or more of your daily value of riboflavin and also shit loads of creatine.  Don't fret man, as long as you do it right, you will pass.

You'll be fine. I would recomend not being active for a few days if possible before the test. The THC is fat soluable and burning it will get filtered pushing more of it into your urine.

Drink it an hour before you take the test
Urinate when ya got to
When the drink starts working your urine will turn a neon yellow
Also since you have been clean for ten days you should be alright
